Donate Auction Items

Wow! It’s that time of year again, and we would ask that you start to think about what you can donate to our annual Dinner Auction.

Remember, this is the ONLY major fundraiser for our College so please consider what you can contribute.

Haven’t any money to donate? Perhaps you could cash in your Fly Buys for a prize to be auctioned, like a voucher or some movie tickets. Do you go to the hairdresser? Maybe you could ask her for a voucher for the auction. Do you regularly see a beautician? Ask her for a voucher. Do you eat out at a particular restaurant? Why not ask them for a voucher?

There are so many different businesses that we visit on a regular basis - there is no harm in asking!

Copies of a sponsor letter explaining the Dinner Auction are available from the College Office.

Please make sure that all donated items are CLEARLY recorded with the business name and address so that we can give them the proper advertising in the College Chronicle and the Dinner Auction Catalogue. 

It is the policy of St Thomas Aquinas College to acknowledge ALL donations.

Donated items can be collected from your home if you live in or near Melbourne. Items can also be left at Saint Thomas Aquinas College at 1 Tynong Rd, Tynong.  Please make sure to include your contact details with these items so that we know where they came from.
