Wooden Cubby House

This timber cubby house dimensions are 2.1m x 1.6m.  It has a colourbond gable pitched roof, two gables, a weatherboard exterior, deck with balustrade, one window on the side, two window openings at the front (no actual glass windows) as well as a door.  The cubby is painted inside and out will be elevated with steps leading up to the deck. A balustrade is featured around the deck and there is a slide off the side (kindly donated by Mrs Jennie Onley).

Timber sleepers are also supplied (by Greg Bray) to build a sand pit underneath. The cubby house shall be delivered to your home the day after the auction; installed on 1.2 metre (approx) high stumps - cemented in, elevated, and completed on site. *(depending on where the bidder is located).
